Trying out the Fitbit going on 2 days now, so far so good. I found out last night I woke up 14 times & the night before like 9 times. No wonder I’m tired during the day. I am reaching more than my daily goal of 10k steps per day. I need to log in my strength training and food. In fact I just got a text saying I was an overachiever LOL from Fitbit.
